Job Summary
Lincoln Center, the epitome of cultural prestige in New York City, seeks a dynamic, Complex Executive Chef to lead its culinary team. We're searching for a mastermind of flavor, someone who can infuse innovation into every dish while complementing the sophistication of our venue. The ideal candidate will inspire and guide our associates to create dining experiences that parallel the excellence of our performances, ensuring every visit is a culinary journey to remember.
As the Executive Chef overseeing multiple units, you will be tasked with managing all culinary operations for our dining account. Leading a team of associates, you will ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Implementing cost controls and managing expenditures for the account
Developing and executing menus that align with our standards and client expectations
Handling inventory procurement and management
Collaborating with the marketing and culinary teams to introduce new culinary programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary degree preferred
Three to five years of culinary management experience
Experience in managing multiple units and outlets
Essential experience in high-volume production and catering
Proven track record in managing cost controls
Demonstrated desire to learn and advance within a leading foodservice company
