Google Executive Business Partner, Agency, Platforms, and Client Solutions in New York, New York

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment, working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to think strategically and prioritize often competing tasks.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.

  • Strong attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous execution and escalation, while maintaining a healthy work balance.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (e.g., manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).

  • Plan, manage, and execute events from team events (i.e., digital and in-person), all hands, leadership forums, and other celebrations and milestones.

  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies with the executives and the teams they manage, as well as within the administrative community.

  • Mentor and assist with onboarding new team members (i.e., other Executive/Administrative Business Partner, executives, or cross-functional team members). Collaborate with the Administrative Business Partner team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled meetings, events, or projects.

  • Lead or co-lead projects and initiatives of different magnitude.
