Beacon Hill Staffing Group Executive Assistant in New York, New York

Venture Capital group located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant to support one of the firm's Partners. This position will start ASAP, require 4 days in office with one day remote. Hours are 9:00am-5/6:00pm with availability for OT as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key systems and processes for G9 Ventures: CRM (deal pipeline, portfolio, and network), contacts, website, communications, document storage, etc.
  • Manage calendar and email inbox, including liaising with Family Office team on personal calendars and communications
  • Schedule meetings across multiple time zones with busy executives, other assistants, and large groups
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and other accommodations
  • Work closely with Family Office team to manage in-office meals, meetings, and events for G9 Ventures investment team
  • Lead internal and external communications and PR, including working with outside agency to streamline all components of the G9 Ventures brand (e.g., all digital and social media)
  • Assist event coordinators in planning G9 Ventures Summit and other events throughout the year
  • Proactively take on additional responsibilities to free up investment partners' time so they can focus on portfolio and deal work
  • Work with other key stakeholders on ad hoc projects
  • Complete personal tasks on ad hoc basis
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Notion
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High degree of comfort working with a small team in an entrepreneurial environment (there is no playbook for this role)
  • Self-starter who can manage a variety of concurrent projects autonomously
  • Very proactive worker who can anticipate needs, identify issues, and come up with creative solutions
  • Positive individual with a no task is too small mindset
Compensation/Benefits:
  • Up to $115k total compensation DOE
