Beacon Hill Staffing Group Executive Assistant in New York, New York

Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5pm (flex for light OT as needed) and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless administrative support to three investment professionals
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings
  • Book travel (domestic and international) including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Process and submit expenses
  • Gather data and perform research on Bloomberg
Qualifications:
  • Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of EA experience, preferably in financial/professional services
  • Bright and approachable professional with a team mentality
Compensation/Benefits:
  • Up to $100-115K base depending on experience + bonus
  • Medical, dental and vision plan with low employee contribution
  • 20 PTO days (combined vacation, sick and personal)
