Description Robert Half has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant. This talented individual will help maintain administrative duties and other projects as assigned. You will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment where hard-work and quick thinking are rewarded. This Executive Assistant role is located in the New York, New York area and is a long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.

Major responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls

  • Organize travel and meeting arrangements

  • Produce reports and financial data

  • Making sure material is presentation ready

  • Educate and run other support staff and customer relations Requirements - Proven ability to use the internet for research

  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of expense reports

  • Adeptness in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong familiarity with Book Travel Arrangements

  • Compiling Documents experience highly preferred

  • Practical knowledge of Clerical Duties

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Business proposals

  • Adobe Acrobat experience

  • General familiarity with Schedule Appointments

  • Calendar Management experience required

  • Foundational knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint
