Beacon Hill Staffing Group Executive Assistant in New York, New York

Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team including one Partner, two Associates, and one Director in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm (flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote. Great opportunity to join a collaborative team with a fantastic culture!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage busy calendars for multiple Executives and Associates
  • Perform heavy scheduling across time zones for meetings and travel
  • Book international and domestic travel including hotels, flights, and car services
  • Process and submit expenses
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of experience, ideally out financial services
  • Responsive professional who thrives in a high volume, fast paced environment
Compensation/Benefits:
  • $115K base + bonus
