Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. seeks Engineer, Release Engineering in New York, NY, to be responsible for software builds and releases, which includes the design, development, support of builds, scripts, and installation procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing scripting language including Python, Bash, Gradle, and build and deploy tools including Jenkins, Nomad, and Azure; partnering with development, engineering, and operations teams to collect technical requirements and turn those into deliverables to help build a complete CI/CD strategy; enhancing developer experience by simplifying existing Build and Code Promotion processes; analyzing software development Lifecycle Practices; performing deployments, monitoring changes, and troubleshooting errors; building pipelines that allow developers to build their code directly from source version control; planning, building, and running a complete CI pipeline on native/virtualized infrastructure; building and assembling technologies including Gradle, Maven, and MSBuild; helping with distributed and parallel build and test environments.; migrating Legacy Applications to Containerized Microservices; utilizing monitoring tools including Splunk/ICINGA. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in one of the above-listed fields and one (1) year of experience in the above-listed areas. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Offered salary is between $116,000 - $128,750 per year. 40 hours per week.
