Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct engineering calculations, load calculations, equipment selection, energy analysis, psychrometric, controls, fixture loading, pressure loss, ducts sizing, writing specifications, etc.

  • Effectively manage time and budget to meet project deliverables and schedules.

  • Ability to utilize AutoCAD & Revit to complete drawings.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Calculate power and lighting loads for new and existing building systems.

  • Review local and national codes and perform code analyses.

  • Design and life safety (fire alarm) systems.

  • Select and design layout of electrical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, electrical panels emergency generators UPS systems, and power distribution systems.

Additional Details

  • Data Center/ Commercial project experience

  • Revit Experience

  • LEED accreditation and Green Building initiatives preferred.

  • Mission Critical experience is preferred.

  • Commissioning experience is a plus.

  • E.I.T or PE
