UBS Asset Management Americas Inc. seeks a Director, Private Pensions Latam Client Relationship Manager in New York, NY. Advise clients on Financial Investment Strategies. Develop strategies, marketing, sales, and operations of UBS Asset Management products and services in Latin America. Provide investment solutions to institutional investors. Responsible for supply and demand analysis in order to match clients' needs with UBS AM offering. Support regulatory frameworks, investment guidelines, and local policies. Responsible for estimating appropriate pricing models. Responsible for onboarding key intermediaries (e.g. banks, private banks, discretionary intermediaries, advisory intermediaries, fund of fund managers, strategic partnerships and platforms like Pershing and All Funds).REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a related field of study plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or as a Relationship Manager, Portfolio Manager, Account Manager, Global Leadership Intern, or a related occupation. This position requires experience with the following: 6 Years of experience working with Private Pension plans in Latin America (Latam); Understanding of the Private Pension Market and regulatory framework in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil; Proven track record for developing private pension business in Latam; Strong command of Offshore Funds spanning fixed income, equities, and alternatives; Working with and onboarding key intermediaries including banks, private banks, discretionary intermediaries, advisory intermediaries, fund of fund managers, and strategic partnerships; Identifying partnerships and platforms to expand the business (Pershing and All Funds);Identifying client demands and trends; Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
