Required Skills:

Data Analyst, CO Business Reporting & Analytics Responsibilities:

  1. Work with cross-functional partners and internal tooling to provide best-in-class monitoring and alerting for global support operations, by way of dashboards, ad-hoc data pulls, and regular business reviews.

  2. Apply expertise in quantitative business analysis, technical knowledge, and presentation of data to identify trends and opportunities in driving down nefarious behavior.

  3. Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Operations partners to identify, influence, and execute our abuse fighting strategies to improve the user experience on the site.

  4. Partner with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to identify and close gaps in logging and data infrastructure.

  5. At scale, address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:

  2. Working in an Analytics role involving strategy, problem solving, or technical systems

  3. Data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.)

  4. Analytical thinking, breaking down complex problems using data and technology

  5. Communicating effectively to technical and non-technical audiences

  6. Solving ambiguous problems

  7. Thinking under pressure, both individually and in team environment and

  8. Adapting to a fast-paced, fast-changing environment, juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders

Public Compensation:

$223,202/year to $245,520/year + bonus + equity + benefits
