Required Skills:

Creative Strategist, Creative Shop Scaled Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize Meta’s internal data analysis tools such as Solution Adoptions Benchmark & Creative Fatigue Dashboards for C-level business overview meetings and apply Meta’s Best Practices for Creative Ads on Ads Manager to run tests and adopt innovative solutions.

  2. Use technologies to drive and perform analysis aimed at improving client strategies on Meta platforms and use measurement testing tools to understand how Meta generates positive impact for client investment.

  3. Work alongside cross-functional teams such as Marketing Science & Sales to develop clients' long term investment strategies and to better understand client experiences with Meta products and online user behavior.

  4. Perform analysis of Consumer Trend & Insights Reports that compile brand and marketing trends and leverage such analysis along with client ad data to develop marketing investment strategies.

  5. Employ Meta’s platforms and products in complex solutions for Meta initiatives across key and developing markets.

  6. Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients' business.

  7. Lead brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and creative opportunities.

  8. Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with people in meaningful ways.

  9. Develop holistic Meta solutions (including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) that drive the key business goals of our top clients.

  10. Possess a strong passion for understanding people and deep desire to uncover new consumer behavior across various industries and platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or business intelligence-related occupation. Requires five years of experience in the following:

    1. Overseeing aspects of marketing analysis for products, technologies or brands
    1. Managing deployment of marketing solutions to internal and external stakeholders
    1. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making informed marketing decisions based on data
    1. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product or marketing solution
    1. Experience with analytical tools and methodologies
    1. Developing and analyzing reports to understand marketing trends
    1. Performing analysis of client products and consumer behavior in regional markets

Public Compensation:

$169,292/year to $180,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
