Description:Hudson River Trading LLC seeks a Core Developer to: Develop and maintain proprietary software tools in C++ and Python to monitor and control a low-latency blended hardware and software trading system (60%). Troubleshoot systems in software and hardware in order to resolve operational issues (20%). Produce testing harnesses and processes in C++ and Python (10%). Implement market-specific handlers in C++ to parse data into a format that can be ingested for statistical analysis, and to send and receive order and execution information with markets and trading interfaces (10%).Qualifications:Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus six (6) months of experience in the position offered or as Software Engineer Intern, Machine Learning Intern, or related experience. All required experience must have included: Experience developing and maintaining software tools in C++ and Python. Experience developing scalable data storage and distribution systems to support performance of advanced statistical and computer analysis. Experience producing testing harnesses and processes in C++ and Python.
