Tradeweb Compensation and Analytics Specialist in New York, New York

We are currently seeking to add a HR Analyst to support the Human Capital Analytics team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Consult and collaborate with the Finance team, HRBP’s, and Payroll to meet the compensation/ HR data requirements for business reporting

  • Design and manage new reports and dashboards that provide management with a view into people HR metrics and ensure the timely development and distribution of established periodic reports

  • Conducts special projects for ad hoc compensation analyses across a variety of areas, including incentive compensation, bonus plans, and sales compensation

  • Gather, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources, presenting the results of data in a secure, usable format

  • Support HRIS data integrity and compliance by running audits and tracking changes across modules on a regular basis

  • Expand and enhance analytics capability, continue to improve processes, explore/adopt new tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

  • 3+ years of experience in HR reporting and business analytics

  • Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner

  • Advanced-level experience with MS Excel

  • Experience joining data from multiple sources

  • Familiarity with HR processes, systems, tools, and programs (experience with Oracle BI reporting and/or Tableau is a plus)

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by strong technical and organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Thoroughness and high attention to detail is required

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and also to work autonomously
