Job Description

Business Manager (Account Management/Production Operations)

Reporting To: Business Director, Health Vertical Lead

This is a brand new dynamic position that provides leadership and direction for specific workstreams, while also managing and continuously building on the client partnerships. In addition, this role will provide assistance on our Health related portfolio of clients, including but not limited to projects and new business opportunities.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide team leadership as needed

  • Critical knowledge of creative and production process is key

  • Managing the workflow of multiple projects – some non-traditional

  • Production oversight ensuring content is delivered on time to the highest standards

  • Key client communication, relationship fostering and management.

  • Key partner with project management and technical team facilitating the day to day structure

  • Responsible for reporting, managing dashboards and system reporting

  • Facilitating multiple client meetings per week, crafting agenda and overseeing deck review

  • Help identify and provide input about potential vendors

  • Help define or recommend best practice production standards

  • Maintain knowledge and stay current regarding production industry trends, techniques, new technologies and talent

  • Proficiency in Content workflow efficiencies

  • Ability to navigate and embrace change and approach change management with dexterity and positivity

  • Strong communication skills, ability to present with gravitas and engage the most senior clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 4-6 years experience in a client-facing Advertising/Marketing Agency role or Production environment

  • Fluency in creative and production processes

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key relationships with agencies, partnerships, clients and key stakeholders

  • Operationally minded with ability to work on creating and communicating ongoing process and workflow updates/efficiencies

  • Passion for product excellence, innovation, and creating a seamless consumer journey with products, content and storytelling that works

  • Familiar with complex production contracting and vendor partnerships

  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to navigate and embrace change and approach change management with dexterity and positive leadership

Compensation Range: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
