We work with teams across the Meta organization as well as agencies, marketing partners, and businesses of all sizes to build best-in-class training and education solutions. The Business Education Training Partner will sit within the Business Education Training team. Required Skills:

Business Education Training Partner - NORAM Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the immediate and global team on common/co-worked responsibilities (i.e. attendance organization, educational programs communication, data management, etc).

  2. Deliver virtual and in-person high quality training on a regular basis to diverse audiences, from beginners (e.g. university students, NPOs) to professional level (agencies, advertisers, consultancy firms) - with a focus on Branding & Performance Marketing solutions, as well as Marketing Science.

  3. Maintain an excellent base of Meta Advertising solutions knowledge and act as a world class training resource for the team.

  4. Build and maintain strong partnership with sales and cross-functional teams, act as key POC for Business Education (Blueprint team) offerings seamlessly and ensure that our portfolio of classes/offerings is integrated to other team’s plans.

  5. Build, execute and deliver education strategies in alignment to Regional and Global Educational Priorities.

  6. Work with other Americas Business Education Training Partners to understand audience needs and priorities to build the educational strategy and identify educational opportunities, with a focus on generating product adoption and incremental revenue.

  7. Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent, up to date and in line with larger training goals and initiatives within the global Blueprint team.

  8. Support Certification and training goals attached to internal Meta Programs as well as different audiences on their Meta Certification journey.

  9. Support cross-functional partners on special virtual and/or in person events that require training and education initiatives in alignment to the goals of the global Blueprint team.

  10. Lead communications relating to Business Education offerings in partnership with Regional Project Managers. Keep the global team informed on the regional key activities and results.

  11. Support the Regional Team's operations by closely working with the regional lead, regional project managers and contractor workers (trainers and coordinators).

  12. Act as an SME (subject matter expert) for all content and certification alignments, including participating in feedback and quality checks activations.

  13. Minimum of 40% travel time.

  1. 4+ years’ relevant & demonstrable experience in teaching/delivering training and/or public speaking, specifically related to educative digital marketing content

  2. Experience in Meta’s portfolio of advertising tools and solutions (including advance and marketing science)

  3. Leadership and problem-solving experience, with the proven skill to work autonomously and lead on projects/programs

  4. Experience working with executive level leaders

  5. Fluency in English

  1. Hold a valid Meta Blueprint Certification (in any exam)

  2. Experience and knowledge of the broader advertising landscape, specifically digital marketing and internal workings of media/creative agencies

  3. Proven success history of communicating with and influencing senior/executive level stakeholders

  4. Experience in advertising

  5. Experience with ad-tech knowledge, measurement and analytics

Public Compensation:

$115,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
