Business Development Manager, Age Tech

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our initiatives in Age Tech and Longevity. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the Age Tech & Longevity industry, possessing a deep understanding of the 55 age demographic. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, negotiating and nurturing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Industry Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on Age Tech and Longevity, staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies that cater to the needs of the 55 demographic.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Age Tech ecosystem, including technology providers, healthcare organizations, senior living facilities, and other relevant entities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify business opportunities, assess competitor landscapes, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, leveraging your expertise to articulate the value proposition of our Age Tech solutions to potential clients.
  • Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish a strong presence for AOL within the Age Tech community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, research and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business development, with a focus on Age Tech or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of the 55 age demographic and the challenges and opportunities within the Age Tech sector.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The compensation for this position ranges from $102, 000.00 - $212, 500.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
