TruAccess Networks, LLC Business Dev. Manager of Indoor Networks in New York, New York

Drive all aspects of the TruAccess indoor wireless network business development policies, objectives, and key initiatives. Define target customers, analyze business opportunities, develop and review technical proposals, and cultivate customer relationships. Identify client requirements (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and requirements), technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams), and planning phases of the sales cycle. Provide insight into the technical options available for designing leading-edge solutions for a wide variety of indoor network technologies. Identify customer business goals and develop RFQ/RFP responses that integrate customer connectivity needs with TruAccess indoor network solutions. Influence customers technical requirements, and position TruAccess Networks solutions relative to competition. Work with engineers throughout the proposal process to ensure the spec sheets, SOWs and proposals consistently contain all relevant information. Serve as a technical liaison between customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. Act as client point of contact and relay client issues and concerns to engineering team. Maintain knowledge of emerging technology and communicate industry insights to engineers, demonstrating technology expertise. Perform tests to validate customer proof-of concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and features. Develop design guidelines and recommend network improvements to customers.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering discipline and ten years of communications & digital systems and engineering experience. Experience in sales and maintenance of customer management. Proficiency in radio frequency, electrical engineering and distributed antenna systems. Experience giving business, market and technical presentations to customers. Experience troubleshooting indoor and outdoor wireless solutions. Experience with LTE, CDMA, UMTS, Wi-fi, Public Safety and Private. Experience with OEMs that bring Cellular, Wi-Fi, and Public Safety active and passive components to market. Intermittent domestic travel 75% East Coast, 25% Other.
