We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent, with a passion for all things media - to launch your career as a Business Analyst on our Transformation team. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Transformation team to support new initiatives that enhance the agency's operations and workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of business operations and support Transformation Manager and Director in new and ad hoc internal projects.
  • Assess common business requirements and determine ways to repurpose them across multiple projects within the business.
  • Participate in cross-functional team workshops to establish definitions and decisions around business requirements.
  • Manage data platform admin requests including account setup, granting access/permissions, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - ensure that data platform usage meets business requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date flowcharts and visuals for internal workflow.
  • Ensure documentation around project objectives/requirements is properly maintained.
  • Capture minutes in meetings with internal stakeholders and external project partners.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1+ years of business analytics experience.
  • Knowledge of the media landscape - including various media types such as Digital Managed Services, Programmatic, Traditional Media, etc.
  • Strong data management and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to clearly define business requirements and present them to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
  • Agency experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
  • Knowledge of Prisma and MBOX a plus.
  • Experience in working with Asana a plus.

Salary Range
$62,500-$70,000 USD
