As we continue to scale our innovative digital payment products, the role of operational risk management is more critical than ever.

Location: 100% Remote

Max Pay: $35-37/HR on W2

What You'll Do:

  • Innovate and Lead: Spearhead the development and execution of a cutting-edge operational risk management program within our Digital Payment Product team.

  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with Product Managers, Product Enablement, Production Support, and Control Management teams to drive impactful results.

  • Investigate and Elevate: Lead in-depth complaint investigations, refresh Key Risk Indicators and alerts, and support both internal and external audit requests.

  • Enhance Processes: Manage issue resolution and event closure processes, and champion the documentation and sharing of best practices across product portfolios.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Impact: 2-5 years in product operational risk or related fields, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

  • Technical Insight: Ability to understand complex technical concepts and collaborate with engineering teams to solve large-scale production issues.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive informed decisions.

  • Stakeholder Savvy: Skilled in negotiating and building strong relationships with various stakeholders.

  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree is required.
