Job Description

The BizOps & Strategy Group is at the heart of transformation of Global Business Services (GBS). You will play a leadership role both in shaping our team’s strategy and operations projects, as well as leading cross-functional teams to deliver key results and insights. You will report to the Business Analysis Associate Director.

This is a hybrid position (3 days a week) in New York City. #LI-Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Help drive significant global strategic and operational change across Wolters Kluwer

  • Explore and identify strategic and operational opportunities across the organization

  • Prioritize initiatives based on business case and team hypotheses

  • Design and conduct analyses to support/refute business case

  • Synthesize conclusions into recommendations

  • Lead work streams on specific programs with opportunity to manage entire projects

  • Implement change through project & program management/leadership

  • Communicate with relevant customers including employees and executive leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 8 years related work experience ; or a Master’s degree and 6 years experience.

  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience, preferably with experience in strategy and operations at a major corporation or consulting firm

  • Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $117,500-$164,700
