YAI Behavior Support Assistant in New York, New York

Behavior Support Assistant to follow-through in providing in-home behavioral interventions and/or skills training per program guidelines (including assessment, data collection, data graphing, parent training and plan development and implementation and follow ups). Carry a minimum of eight cases and report a minimum of 5 units of service daily. Provide accurate case note documentation of services performed, follow standardized formats for case record and progress note documentation, and ensure compliance with use of approved department and agency forms. Work on Peer support, Role Modeling and new staff development. Networking to internal and outside providers and agencies as a representative of the department. Full Time. $46,800/year. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services or related field.
