The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York Associate Research Scientist in New York, New York

The Gertrude H. Sergievsky Center is currently seeking multiple candidates for an Associate Research Scientist position in various divisions within the Sergievsky Center.

The Associate Research Scientist (ARS) will help design and execute research projects, which includes parsing information for those projects. The ARS may perform various laboratory tests and analyze project information; the research may include medical testing with laboratory equipment. The ARS helps store project data and are good at organizing the data and information that is part of the study. The ARS also needs to discuss results and data with the Principal Investigator (PI) and colleagues on the project, funders, and project leaders. Specific projects will be assigned and discussed by the PI.


Qualifications

  • PhD Degree
  • Applicants must have strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a proven record of research accomplishments.
