Mediahub Worldwide LLC Associate Director of Addressable Media & Technology in New York, New York

Oversee strategic development, execution, and quality control of Addressable media campaigns across Display, Social and Search, and across Video, Display and Audio channels. Lead planning activities for complex or large-spend campaigns, generate and apply strategic insights, and vet technology partners. Oversee development of client decks and provide thought leadership on audience strategies, tech stacks and audience/campaign optimization. Serve as primary contact for clients and liaise with agency partners and client service teams. Oversee all Addressable campaign activity and deliverables by team, distribute work assignments, and facilitate training and development of team on DSP and/or AdOps platforms. Work with agency media teams to respond to RFPs, build strategic campaign plans, communicate service offerings and deliver new solutions including third-party audience solutions, high impact inventory, cookieless and privacy solutions, and Green Ad Tech.Requirements:Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing), Marketing, Advertising, or Media, plus 2 years of experience in the offered position or as a Supervisor, Programmatic Planning, Senior Programmatic Trader, Media Planner, Programmatic or Assistant Planner, Programmatic.**All required experience must have included conducting interactive media planning and buying; using Keynote, 3p Audience data, PMPs, 3rd party ad servers, SSPs, DMPs and DSP platforms; performing statistical analysis to run tests and learns (e.g. A/B tests and parametric tests); providing wrap-up reports; writing and orally presenting media briefs and reports to the client; developing Programmatic, Search and Social media campaigns across channels including Display, Video and Audio; working with ad tech ecosystem and technology, including site tagging/pixeling and APIs. At least 1 year of required experience must have included managing multiple client projects simultaneously and managing a team of direct reports. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.

Minimum Salary: 130,000 Maximum Salary: 170,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
