Summary:

Meta Reality Labs is looking for an exceptional Channel Marketing Manager to take on the role of AR (Rayban Meta) Channel Marketing Manager, North America (US & Canada). This exciting and important role will be responsible for driving our channel marketing strategy & execution with retail partners like Amazon and Best Buy. Reporting to the Director of Retail Channel Marketing for North America, this experienced channel marketer will be responsible for and oversee all marketing operations including retail/channel marketing budgets, experiential programs, in-store and on-line merchandising, customer acquisition and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals.This role requires an experienced channel marketer that has demonstrable success managing a channel marketing budget & activities along with OPEX investments with top retailers in NA. Requirements include: 1. Deep understanding of retail marketing levers that drive traffic in-store and online 2. Experience measuring those investments to include CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend). 3. Experience working with retail partners building in-store experiences through permanent fixtures, temporary displays, staff training and education. 4. This experienced channel marketer will push the boundaries with creative and innovative ideas to deliver the best retail/consumer experience for our products 5. Finally, this team mate will embody and will live the values and culture that is Meta.Successful candidates at Meta lead with influence before title and communicate easily across functions and levels of the team. You will be in a fast-paced environment with democratized information and working across Meta Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams and at the same time, working with our customer’s cross functional leadership teams.

Required Skills:

AR Channel Marketing Manager, North America Responsibilities:

  1. Develop go-to-market retail channel marketing strategy in concert with our Quest Category and Product Marketing teams

  2. Building marketing programs that optimize awareness, trial and conversion/acquisition of our RayBan Meta portfolio.

  3. Lead and execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with NA retail partners within agreed upon budgets and KPIs

  4. Continuously measure, manage and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals

  5. Oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics

  6. Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives and business development teams

  7. Manage content & campaign activities across retailers ensuring our content meets brand standards and is in service of the overall Meta strategy

  8. Use data to Innovate, partner and tell a story

  9. Identify new channel marketing opportunities in NA and in partnership with other Meta Reality Labs geographic leaders and position these opportunities for review to drive to a decision

  10. Coordinate and manage marketing elements of regularly scheduled marketing reviews e.g. (Quarterly Business Reviews) including regional share, context & performance across our business channels and partners

  11. Deliver and receive candid feedback on both sales/marketing metrics and personal performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years experience in a Retail Channel Marketing role

  2. Experience in building go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels

  3. Experience with a consumer technology brand

  4. Experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs i.e. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend)

  5. Experience with retailer and distribution partners like GameStop, AAFES (The Army & Air Force Exchange Service), and Distributors like SYNNEX, Ingram Micro

  6. Experience presenting in person

  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent

  8. Retail experience in both The United States and Canada

Public Compensation:

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
