Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in New York, New York. As the Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager, your key role will be to oversee the processing of invoices and payments, manage vendors, carry out reconciliations, and produce month-end reports.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire invoice processing system

• Handle wire and ACH payments with accuracy and efficiency

• Carry out vendor management tasks and maintain good vendor relationships

• Perform reconciliations of accounts payable transactions

• Produce accurate month-end reports relating to accounts payable

• Supervise and monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Maintain precise records of customer credit information

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Payable Supervisor or Manager role

• Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with applicable accounting regulations and procedures

• Proven ability to manage and guide a team effectively

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to safeguard sensitive financial information

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure

• Demonstrated analytical skills and precision in processing numerical data

• Dedication to continuous improvement and detail-oriented development
