North America Stores Marketing is on a mission to make Amazon’s stores the most-loved shopping destination for our customers. We aspire to meet customers where they are with a steady drumbeat of inspiring and relevant automated content that builds upon recent shopping missions while also introducing customers to new and timely ideas. In 2024, the events team mission is to support the programming, product marketing, marketing, and strategy for North America Store's Marketing largest seasonal event -- Holiday. In this role, you will interface with cross-functional teams across Amazon to drive execution and strategy for our most critical seasonal marketing priority.

A day in the life

In this team, you will spend time influencing marketing strategy and delivery of the event experience on and off Amazon.com during our largest seasonal event.

This person will be a critical member of the Holiday team supporting the coordination and execution of initiatives aimed at optimizing cost-to-serve.

About the team

This is a high visibility role with senior leadership. We are looking for a highly collaborative candidate with strong communication and doc-writing skills and a proven track record of developing trusting relationships with partner teams and the ability to influence.

New York City, NY, USA | Santa Monica, CA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA

Basic Qualifications

-6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

-Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

-Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

-Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

-Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

-Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

-Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

-Proven experience developing and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships

-Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
