Abbott Assistant Trade Marketing Manager in New Taipei City, China

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Assist more senior staff to implement a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of the organization's products/services to meet established sales or market share targets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and drive the translation of trade marketing strategy to tactics, including resource allocation with optimal management of tool mix.

  • Independently responsible for trade activation development and execution to deliver sales and market share target with monthly/quarterly review.

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functions to deliver channel marketing strategies/ plans in trade.

  • Manage promoter agency and work with detailing team to ensure promoters’ detailing talk quality

Employ strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer data/ internal data across channels and touch points.

  • Have strong sense of channel dynamics and the immerse of shopper insights to cater to the market evolution so to explore the business opportunities.

  • Equip with trade marketing fundamentals to drive the optimization of in-store merchandising.

Be responsible for trade spend/ A&P budget with good financial acumen so to have channel ROI analysis with business recommendation.

QUALIFICATION

  • Proven trade marketing record in FMCG industry with 5+ years experience, sales or marketing experience are preferred/plus

  • Strong interpersonal skill and strong abilities to work under multi-tasking with time-bound

  • Work independently to influence and engage internal/external stakeholders

  • Sense of urgency to deliver target/ programs

  • Superior communication skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Good number and financial capabilities to have concrete analysis with business recommendation.

  • Proficient in Mandarin, Intermediate level of English

Education

College or above graduated with business administration related background, plus with Nutrition knowledge/ background

Experience/Background

Experience : Minimum 5 years
