Principle Accountabilities: Visual inspection of the product, with subsequent communication of quality/process concerns to appropriate stakeholder(s), including, but not limited to, the Quality System Manager, Production Supervisors, and production crews. Ability to operate a measurement device to gather data from box measurements and ensure quality standards are met. Perform destructive and functional testing on selected customers. Assist quality team with GMP/sanitation audits and communicate audit findings to appropriate stakeholder(s) Perform rework operation tasks, including:

Inspecting corrugated for damages and quality mistakes. Sorting corrugated according to customer standard Packing corrugated into masters to ship to customers Perform essential computer functions to input and retrieve information from the system, accurately logging all relevant quality information. Perform process capability studies while ensuring and educating employees on quality expectations. At our company, safety is a top priority. As a Quality Clerk/Technician, you will be expected to know and follow company safety and work rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring a secure work environment for all. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Ability to recognize numbers and number sequences. Capacity and willingness to work overtime on short notice during the week and on weekends. This position is primarily performed in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures based on the season, machinery, and forklift traffic; however, you will have to perform tasks in a manufacturing environment Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously. Must be detail-oriented and accurate in work. Able to effectively and professionally communicate with production crews, supervisors, and managers. Summary: This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our products. As a Quality Clerk/Technician, you will perform various routine quality tasks, such as testing product quality, quality inspection, and communicating data. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to work within a team, effectively communicating with coworkers and supervisors. Ability to provide methods to resolve issues or complete tasks.
