Lead Reservation Agent

Windsor Court is seeking a Lead Reservation Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle reservations friendly and efficiently, quoting available rates to maximize room revenue and average rates according to luxury standards, as well as be the main point of contact for our specialty accounts, such as Virtuoso Agencies and Signature Travel Agents; he/she will be the primary reservations contact for the Federal Reserve, and the lead reservation agent will also support the leadership team preparing amenities and welcome notes and with the training of new team members and cross-training of other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations in a friendly and efficient manner

  • Acts as the main point of contact for our specialty accounts, i.e. Virtuoso Agencies, Signature Travel Agents, etc.

  • Acts as the primary reservations contact for the Federal Reserve

  • Supports leadership team with preparing amenities and welcome notes

  • Assists with training of new team members and cross-training of other departments

  • Quote available rates to maximize room revenue and average rate according to luxury standards

  • Handle upwards of 75+ incoming calls per day

  • Pursue sales opportunities and capture business leads to sustain the inbound sales program

  • Attend to all inquiries with a dedication to customer service excellence

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of our customers, our products, our competitors, and our industry

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in inbound telesales or customer service operation

  • Hospitality and/or hotel operations experience preferred

  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
