Job Description: PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

(DOOR OPERATOR, INTERNAL MOVER, LINE OPERATOR, MULTI-PACK TRUCKING, HARD ROLL WRAPPING & LOADING, CONSOLIDATE & OFFLINE WORK STATION)

  1. Work and communicate with team members when performing any assigned work task.

  2. Maintain both productivity and quality performance standards while performing all work tasks.

  3. Perform work safely and support activities to ensure continued safety improvements, take responsibility to keep coworkers safe.

  4. Maintain both accuracy and completeness on all required paperwork.

  5. Follow all WMS/ procedures for the recording and tracking of product to insure inventory accuracy.

  6. Maintain housekeeping standards for both work area and department.

  7. Maintain safe operating procedures for all equipment required to perform work tasks.

  8. Follow all proper lifting procedures.

Position requires candidate to operate a Forklift- loading & unloading trucks, palletizing products, remove & store products from output lines, & perform other Warehouse duties as needed.

• Stable work history

• Standing, lifting, twisting and bending abilities

• Must be able to walk 2+ miles per day

• Ability to stand for entirety of an 8-hour shift (with two 30 min breaks) or a 12 hour shift (with three 30 min breaks)

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout the day

• Availability to work overtime if needed

• Ensure all customer needs and expectations are met

• Perform to established measurement performance goals assigned through KPI’s

• Interact professionally and in a courteous manner with all truck drivers and other personnel

• Follow all safety guidelines

• Address all issues in a timely manner and to satisfaction

• Represent vendor in a professional, reliable and integrity-based manner at all times

• Identify and improve upon opportunities to increase the efficiencies and productivity of operations

• Ensure that all production needs are planned for and met

• Report any non-conforming issues

• Respond to machine upsets in a safe and efficient manner

• Ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate

• Prepare oncoming shifts for success

• Lead and/or assist KC associates with basic Preventative Maintenance measures as well as other areas of need on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

• Other duties as assigned

Hours are: 7am-3pm, Monday- Friday (possible OT on Saturdays if needed/ wanted)
