DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Industrial Electrical Technician

In this role, you will: * Independently maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical control system hardware and software, including but not limited to, AC/DC motors and variable speed drives (VFDs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), process measurement and control instrumentation (level, pressure, temperature, flow, PID loops, etc.), HMI interfaces, and industrial control system networking in support of manufacturing processes. * Operate electrical switchgear. * Actively participate in equipment/systems failure analysis and implementation of corrective actions. * Provide technical guidance to team in area of expertise. * Follow all site and asset safety practices and procedures and must value working safely. Basic Qualifications * Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States * Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate * Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening * Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT) * Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial setting * Ability to read and interpret schematics * Ability to troubleshoot electrical components * Experience with drives and motors, programmable logic controllers, HMIs, process instrumentation and control, and industrial networking * Candidate must be able to work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, etc. Enter and work in confined spaces * Must be able to work-day shift with occasional overtime * Possess high degree of "people" skills and be able to effectively communicate with other team members daily

Preferred Qualifications * Electrical related technical Associates Degree or equivalent electrical/electronic military MOS * Programming Rockwell PLC, VF Drives and HMI software required, including but not limited to RSLogix5000, RSLogix 5, Review Factory Talk (Control Logix, GuardLogix, PLC5, PanelView, Networks: EtherNet, DH+, RIO, PowerFlex and other Rockwell drives) * Knowledge of SAP

Competitive Compensation with a starting wage range of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (with premium rates on Sundays) and available pay increases within your first year.
