Dahmes Stainless Inc Welder - (TIG)(Stainless) in New London, Minnesota
Responsibilities: Set-up and perform TIG & MIG welding to Dahmes quality standards Grind and polish metal to a sanitary finish using a variety of grinders Read and interpret blueprints to manufacture sub-assemblies Rig, lift and rotate parts and sub-assemblies using forklift & overhead crane Perform proper fit up and tacking of all components Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble equipment for projects Purge Welding Stainless Steel Tubing Hand Peen (hammer + block) stainless steel sheets after fit-up Maintain welding & grinding equipment Maintain a safe and clean workstation Follow quality guidelines as communicated from Welding Lead Participate in employee safety training Follow safety guidelines throughout all processes Other duties as assigned from Welding Lead or Manufacturing Manager
