Who we are looking for

Highly motivated, "roll-up your sleeves" Business Operations professional with the skills and experience to build an advanced manufacturing business from the ground up at our new facility.

Our flagship large-scale manufacturing site will offer agile, world-class full-scale production capability to small and large contract manufacturing customers, and support future development of our constituent businesses' own products and processes.

You will work closely with the EVP of Operations to plan and execute our business strategy, leading a team of project management specialists and staff analysts who interface broadly across all areas the business. Experience successfully managing organizational operating rhythm and a complex portfolio of projects is a must.

What you'll get to do

  • Oversee and develop new processes that support the manufacturing team -- planning, commitment and control.
  • Work with and support project teams to ensure they have the personnel, space, tools, and equipment to execute projects effectively.
  • Manage projects, support status updates, and provide closed loop/quantifiable verification of outcomes versus targets (KPIs).
  • Oversee positions that support the administration of the office and the product development teams.
  • Work with the senior team to create near-term and long-range operating goals specific to the needs of the organization, and facilitate our Risk, Issue, and Opportunity management system.

What you bring to the Team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing.
  • Financial skills and the ability to analyze financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least five years of related experience required.
