Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Under strict supervision, services, troubleshoots, repairs and/or replaces, aligns, and maintains electrical and mechanical logging equipment as directed.

  • Requires familiarization with surface systems, open and cased hole tools, and lab testing equipment.

  • Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization.

  • Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected.

  • Trains directly under a Principal or Senior Logging and Perforating Technician, to gain knowledge of logging equipment and tools, in preparation for formal maintenance school training

    Education

  • Skills are typically acquired through an associate degree in electronics or related electrical experience
