Power-Flo Technologies Warehouse Associate (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM) in New Hyde Park, New York

Power-Flo Technologies is now hiring full-time warehouse associates to join our New Hyde Park team! We are the premier provider of supplies, services, and solutions- housing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing supplies.

This is a full-time role. Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

Salary Range: $16 - $20/hour

    Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc.

  • Pull and stage orders for shipment

  • Organize Inventory

  • Cycle Count

  • Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles (on an as needed basis)

  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and occasionally operate delivery vehicle

  • Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders (as needed)

Warehouse Associate Requirements :

  • 1+ years of warehouse experience required.

  • Experience with cycle counting, consolidation, and inventory management.

  • Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed (no CDL required)

  • Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds

  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies

  • Ability to work well independently and on a team, have a great attitude, and be willing to learn

  • Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Box Truck experience (16-18 ft) and Flatbed truck experience is a plus. No CDL required.

  • Forklift experience a plus

  • Experience with UPS, DHL, and/or FedEx a plus
