We are currently seeking an Installer to join our team for large scale deployment projects!

OVERVIEW

This person will be responsible for the coordination, transportation and asset management of hardware devices throughout the 5 boroughs, Long Island and Westchester County. The ideal candidate will have entry level technology skills in desktop support or helpdesk. You will be required to assist our technicians and gain experience in computer installation, imaging and post support.

In addition, this person must be well organized and have the aptitude to work with technology. You must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to drive throughout the day, including during rush hour. This position requires travel throughout the five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester County

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Transporting old and new machines between the field and main office

  • Maintaining company vehicle

  • Organization of field storage location(s)

  • Tracking hardware in storage to validate their necessity to stay on location

  • Validating devices to be picked up and delivery to proper technician/location

  • Assist technicians and coordinators when needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A+ certification (preferred)

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Readiness to learn and adapt

  • Skilled with organization, decision making and time management

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must be able to repetitively lift at least 40 lbs and independently up to 60 lbs

  • Valid NYS driver’s license, with no restrictions

    As this position requires work at the offices of a Healthcare Organization which requires all staff members must have a flu shot, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination prior to onboarding
