The Insurance and Brand Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing the marketing and communications strategy for our CNH Capital insurance portfolio, which insures and protects CNH equipment. This role will also support end-user campaigns promoting Capital products and offers through coordination with our brands: Case IH, CASE Construction, and New Holland. These campaigns will target retail customers while accounting for dealer and internal communication channels. The ideal candidate will be near the Racine, WI office, with a hybrid work model.  

Responsibilities

Channel marketing & communications - Recommend new tools and processes for Capital sales and dealers to leverage, including using Financial Services offerings such as insurance and retail programs to drive equipment sales and increase insurance attachment rate Budget planning - Effectively manage marketing spending on all B2B and B2C promotional campaigns Marketing Effectiveness - Provide campaign analysis, including customer engagement, dealer participation and conversion cost in deployed promotions. . Collect and analyze data and share it with CNH Capital peers and brand counterparts. Adopt a best practice system to analyze, assess, and adjust for continuous improvement that drives campaign Promote insurance offerings to loyal and prospective customers through effective internal and external communications. Look for new ways to increase awareness and adoption among retail end-users and analyze campaign effectiveness Lead the design and execution of Insurance marketing communication materials for distribution and promotion within Ag and CE brands Work alongside the Capital Sales Program Managers to identify offers and promotions to market through the brand channels and coordinate those efforts with the brand campaign managers to develop integrated campaigns with tangible ROI Collaborate within Capital and with CNH partners to enhance go-to-market effectiveness while providing consistent, integrated messaging to improve the CX experience Field Marketing Communications - Develop and launch marketing and promotional materials to support awareness and growth of insurance offerings and retail programs through varied channels (i.e., Dealers, Distributors, Coops, etc.) aligned with CNH sales and distribution strategies, which include dealership signage, collateral materials, Dealer Portal, DAM systems and sales training modules Additional marketing team support as needed, including but not limited to assistance with internal communications, events, LinkedIn, etc. The annual salary for this role is $55,500 - $81,400 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

he qualified candidate will have: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BBA) in marketing, journalism, communications or business 3+ years of marketing/communications experience in all marketing channels and customer segments

The preferred candidate will have: 3+ years of corporate or financial services experience Proven Marketing Management or Product Management success in a B2B or B2C environment Demonstrated success with digital platforms, marketing strategy and execution Strong project management and organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadline and budget The ability to work independently and the ability to manage external vendor and contract relationships Previous experience with B2B writing and editing, developing marketing messages, marketing content, and sales collateral for multiple audiences Ability to think strategically and develop sound solutions for multiple audiences. With this comes the ability to motivate a sales force to embrace and implement strategic direction. Candidate needs to be self-starting/motivated/high-energy Exceptional verbal and written skills and strong attention to detail
