We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our Energy+ team in India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the region, with a primary focus on both government and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Process Industry sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

This position is part of the Pall India Energy+ BU and will be located in New Delhi, India.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the Lead management process by following Lead qualification process, uploading leads in CRM, processing the leads in CRM, leads follow up, tracking & converting in SFDC.

  • Develop strong customer relationship & partnership with key decision makers and Key opinion leaders in the hydrocarbon processing field specially in Downstream.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned customers.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and private refining sector, including Channel Partners, Fabricators, EPC’s, OEM.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region, including government officials, Technical Service administrators, and purchasing managers.

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.

  • ·Visit the assigned Government and private accounts (70% of time).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Familiar with Sales tools like SFDC (Sales Force).

  • Reporting tools like visual & daily management.

Education & Experience:

  • B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical)

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Sales (preferably in the Refineries, Petrochemicals & Process industry).

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.

  • Strong understanding of Fluid technology and applications, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel
