Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Intelligent Automation within our Corporate Business Technology team, based in New Brunswick, New Jersey. You will drive the technology product ownership and capability pull-through for our Intelligent Automation program aligned to the objectives of the organization. In this capacity, the role is expected to drive the product & capability roadmap development of multiple emerging technologies including, but not limited to, Conversational IA and Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and contribute to multiple automation project teams in support of the Intelligent Automation program.

You will be responsible for understanding industry trends, customer demands, and implementing a robust capability service for the organization. You will actively engage with functional leaders and enable developing J&J Technology as a competitive advantage. You will also support digitization for the corporate functions and domains. In this role, you will be responsible for advocacy, operationalization, build and run of all Conversational Intelligent Automation.

  • Internal Partnerships & Leadership Alignment: acting as a trusted advisor to business partners across the IA program’s lifecycle starting with inception through to program goals, ongoing continuous improvement, and communication of progress against objectives

  • Product Management: partnering with product management teams to ensure roadmaps are oriented to deliver against program objectives and measurable key performance indicators

  • External Partnerships: leading vendor relationships to influence development capabilities & ensure that our needs will be met by our partners

  • Team Leadership: lead multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached

We believe that experience developing insight-led strategy, crafting innovative technology solutions, experimentation, agile ways of working, intellectual curiosity, empathy, and leading project teams are essential to enable you to be successful. Furthermore, it is essential that you are a natural collaborator, who has the leadership presence to influence results and build a strong sense of collective team engagement. We desire the candidate who has experience structuring & facilitating large programs/projects with senior partners. In addition to these core skills, we would expect you to have the following technical expertise:

  • A business insight with product management and operations experience

  • Proven experience with conversational tools and/or virtual assistant platforms

  • High level understanding of intelligent automation capabilities including artificial intelligence and machine learning/NLP

  • Experience managing shared platforms and/or service-based teams or related CoE experience

  • Apply metrics to conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement opportunities and introduce improvement plans

  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key improvement plans

  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills

  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities

  • Strong product management, analytical thinking, problem solving, learning agility, communication and collaboration skills are required.

Reporting to the Intelligent Automation Technology Program Manager in the Corporate Business Technology team, you will own, lead, and manage execution of core elements of the Conversational Intelligent Automation program and partner closely with global process owners and functions (ex. HR, Finance, and Procurement) to maximize the program’s execution and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent is required

  • 3 years of relevant, professional experience is required

  • Knowledge and training in agile methodology, operations assessment, transformation roadmap and program delivery is highly preferred

  • Knowledge of leading Conversational IA products (Kore.AI, Azure Bot Framework, others) is preferred

  • Experience using tools such as JIRA and confluence

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Outstanding working understanding of SDLC and compliance evaluation processes

  • Possesss the ability to work independently and be self-accountable for flawless execution

  • 10% business travel expected

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
