Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Division of Undergraduate Education and the Office of the Provost.Among the key duties of the position are the following:
  • Provides comprehensive coordination and day-to-day administration of projects and initiatives.
  • Supports the Vice Provost for Experiential Learning (VPEL).
  • Advances the mission of the Division of Undergraduate Education and the Office of the Provost in the areas of student support and academic excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education
    and/or experience.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience.
Certifications/Licenses

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to self-direct management of multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a program coordination or administrative function at an institution of higher education or equivalent type of organization.
  • A broad understanding of Rutgers University and the academic programs offered by RU-NB.
