[Position Overview Will operate and set up all CNC Mills as directed by the department supervisor. 1st and 2nd shift available.

  • Must be able to operate all CNC Mills unsupervised.
  • Must be able to adjust set up or tooling as required.
  • Performsetups without supervision.
  • Must be able to read, interpret and follow all blueprints and instructions and be able to determine and select appropriate gauging.
  • Is responsible for the quality of all parts produced leaving assigned equipment.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in machine operation
  • Computer literacy
  • Trainability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to make sound decisions and accept responsibility,

  • Understanding of the Lean Enterprise Tool
