Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and test SAP Quality Management solution to support Crown’s Quality business processes, ie: Inspection, Quality Concerns, Quality Alerts, CPPAS, CAR, TDN, Serialization, and Reports.

  • Participate/lead in Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions.

  • Design, and maintain project, and business process documents.

  • Collaborate with end users / key users to test development and solutions.

  • Work with key users to cleanse and standardize data objects.

  • Learn the SAP processes, workflow, master data, and configuration requirements for Quality Management, Serialization and the TDN solution.

  • Provide training and overall support to specific "go-live" areas of the Company.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • 8-15 plus years of related Quality Management experience is desired.

  • SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), SAP: Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, BI - Business Intelligence, NetWeaver and LeverX IPS workflow is preferred.

  • Experience in writing and delivering oral presentation is preferred.

  • Strong communication, computer and organizational skills are necessary.

  • Project management experience is preferred.

  • Up to 20% travel required.
