Job Responsibilities:
Support leadership and daily production activities of assigned plant's production operations.
Assist the assigned plant with setting goals and direction for facility.
Coordinate with supervision that production schedules, quality standards, housekeeping standards, maintenance goals and cost goals are met and that safe work practices are adhered to.
Assist supervision with maintaining close surveillance over the following: use of safety devices, equipment/tools, departmental housekeeping, maintain a constant alert for hazardous conditions/practices, quality practices, workmanship, and method applications.
Job Qualifications:
Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
Must have reliable means of transportation.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
Good analytical and communication skills required.
