Restaurant Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Report to the restaurant General Manager and assist in motivating and supervising team members to achieve restaurant performance goals.

Ensure quality guest service, guest and employee safety, sales, profit, cost management, and compliance with Company operating policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain the necessary staff levels for all positions.

Assist in orienting and onboarding new hires, ensuring they complete all required training.

Manage the restaurant operation independently during some scheduled shifts.

Make daily decisions and provide consistent staff feedback and positive support to team members.

Qualifications:

Proficient in reading and writing.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
