Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Deliver programs on time, within budget, and to specification by improving the effectiveness of project teams through the application of professionally accepted program and project management methods, techniques, tools, and training.

  • Provide expertise in specific areas of program and project management processes to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective implementation of products and services.

  • Execute and improve the ongoing operations for enabling systems/process across the organization or business area that helps the team drive substantial impact.

  • Align and coordinate customer requests and maintains documentation of existing processes, test procedures, and outlines improvement/action plans.

  • Work under minimal supervision.

How You'll Do It

  • Manage moderately complex projects, including coaching project team members and coordinating/addressing risks and issues, and clearly defining and capturing project requirements. Support and coordinate facilitation and scheduling of key project events.

  • Provide administrative planning and follow up for the program team, steering committee, and governance review meetings.

  • Create, manage, and ensure quality of many parts of the project lifecycle and deliverables.

  • Create report packages and communicate or post programs or project status, may also include maintaining a program web site.

  • Develop and manage technical solutions to fulfill business needs, resolve issues, and enhance the company’s efforts to define, analyze, and document requirements. Understand the needs of stakeholders and translates requirements into solutions. Identify all areas the changes will impact. Partner with vendors to implement changes and enhancements for impacted systems. Ensure SLAs are met and communicates with end users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.

  • Partner with technology and operation teams to resolve system issues, coordinate resolutions, and document future needs.

  • Maintain and update system documentation and policies and manage operational work for enabling tools/systems/processes. Ensure best practices and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in Program Coordination, Project Management, Lean Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or related field

  • In lieu of education, 4+ years of experience in Program Coordination, Project Management, Lean Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or related field

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in Program Coordination, Project Management, Lean Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or related field

  • PMP, SA (Safe Agilest)

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $58,500.00 to $90,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
