This is an entry level position assisting senior level associates with project execution and developing a deep understanding of daily tasks and processes within the safety group.

Responsibilities: Project Execution and Technical Readiness

  • Support safety assessment of new products ensuring each meets company, industry and government policies

  • Responsible for assisting the safety team in administering safety and efficacy testing process

  • Responsible for sample coordination, tracking and preparation for assigned categories.

  • Responsible for data collecting and recording into testing database

  • Support tracking of project achievements

  • Provide documentation support including signatures scanning, workflow completion, SAP and Cart System burn test approvals

  • Support Fragrance attestation review process

  • Support issues resolution and collaborate with test labs to facilitate testing as needed.

  • Support maintenance of functional departmental metrics

    Contract Research Organization / Raw Material Vendor Management and Testing Budget Management

  • Support senior associates in coordinating and placing safety and efficacy studies.

  • Gain understanding of Good Clinical Practice guidelines

  • Gain understanding of CRO monitoring and auditing processes and assists team as needed

  • Support SOP drafting and revisions as needed

  • Support budget process and assist with administration of POs and invoices as needed

  • Support CRO and budget management documentation needs

    Emerging Issues Management

  • Gain foundational understanding of developing technical issues

  • Support administration of issues communication

  • Support issues management documentation needs

    Product Safety and Efficacy Tracking and Reporting Activities

  • Gain understanding and proficiency in departmental SOPs and work instructions

  • Support administration of departmental tracking and reporting activities

  • Learn effective summary reporting skills and apply as needed.

    Innovation/Organizational Change/Cost Savings

  • Gain functional understanding to support BBW initiatives

  • Provide administrative and execution support as needed

    Key Meetings

  • Actively participate in Team meetings and touch bases

  • Actively participate in Mast Global quarterly briefings

  • Actively participate in other relevant meetings as advised

    Talent Management and Development

    Align with manager to create Individual Development Plan and Personal Performance Objectives

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in consumer goods industry

  • Clinical Experience Preferred

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or arts or equivalent experience.
