JOB SUMMARY Gather and interpret data to solve a specific problem. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. A working understanding computer technology studies and use of structured query language (SQL). Seeking a Database Specialist with 2+ years of experience. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Proficiency in JavaScript and PowerFx. Understanding and knowledge of Dataverse. Data visualization experience with PowerBI or Tableau preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Self-starter who needs little oversight. Strong problem-solving and analytical ability. Strong verbal, writing, management and team building skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Primary responsibilities include the ongoing development of the Dataverse database and associated PowerApps applications. These duties are performed on site. Expand and refine our Dataverse database and connected PowerApps applications. Develop and integrate front-end components using PowerFx code and model-driven applications. Build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for applications. Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services like PowerAutomate and PowerBI. Act as both a database and application developer, ensuring system coherence and optimal performance. Implement software development best practices, including version control, testing, and debugging. Document database configurations and processes, maintaining clear and up-to-date records. Provide technical support and training to team members as needed. Perform database backups, updates, and data maintenance tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned.
