Rauch, Inc. Home Leader in NEW ALBANY, Indiana

Full timepositions for Home Leaders for Rauch Inc.s, Supported Living department. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities can include helping clients be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; transporting clients in ones own vehicle and company van to doctors appointments and other locations to allow the client to be part of the community; managing the houses financing; and providing supervision to the homes staff. Availability for first, second, and third shift required.

Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma or GED, have a valid drivers license, and have access to a reliable vehicle. Experience in providing direct service to people with developmental disabilities in a residential setting or like experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: calculated rate based off experience and educational background

$200 Sign-on bonus

Shift Differentials: Additional $0.50 for 2^nd^and 3^rd^shifts on week days; Additional $1.00 for weekends
