Rauch, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our team of dedicated employees who work to make change in the community. Employment Consultants work to support people with disabilities to obtain meaningful and productive community employment options. If you are a self-starter who enjoys a supportive team environment and want to make a difference in the lives of other, apply today. Job Responsibilities will include: assisting with career exploration and skill assessment; job readiness; job seeking skills; job development and job placement; job training; and support to facilitate job retention. The desired applicant will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or a desire to support others. A qualified candidate will hold a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and have proven ability to accurately use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; 2 years of competitive employment and or training exposure to related rehabilitation areas preferred; College degree and/or EST certification preferred; and some sales experience preferred. A drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
