Rauch, Inc. Direct Support Professional (DSP) in NEW ALBANY, Indiana

Full time/Part time positions for Direct Support Professionals for Rauch Inc.'s, Supported Living department. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities can include helping clients be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; transporting clients in one's own vehicle and company van to allow the client to be part of the community.

Available shifts include 2nd Shift (4:00pm-12:00am), 3rd Shift (12:00pm-8:00am) and 1st Shift (8:00am-4:00pm, weekends only).

12 hour shifts may be possible.

Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver's license, and have access to a reliable vehicle. Experience is not required but preferred. Availability to work every other weekend is required.

Pay Rate: rates start at $13.75 and increase based off experience and educational background

$350 Sign-on bonus

Shift Differentials: Additional $0.50 for 2nd and 3rd shifts on week days; Additional $1.00 for weekends
